My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and met our needs while away. Lovely home and neighborhood.

This was one of our favorite stays we’ve had! The house was spotless, beds/pillows incredibly comfortable, kitchen was extremely well equipped, coffee station was beyond perfect and appreciated, excellent game board stash, enclosed balcony area delightful for morning coffee, location fantastic for our needs, and Pac-Man was a hit too. Appreciated the laundry space as well, and hair dryer being available. Hosts were delightful and we would look forward to staying here on our next trip to Nashville area!

This house was everything we needed for our stay and more. With 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids, everyone had their own space and their own bathroom which was a great plus. The furniture was modern, but cozy. The decor was very welcoming and peaceful. The stand out feature was the screened in deck with extra wide porch swing. My mom and I spent our mornings drinking coffee out there watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location is private with a good size backyard, but less than 10min from the grocery store and downtown Franklin. Karen was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our stay.

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

The home is very comfortable and worked well for 2 couples and 3 children. The decor is lovely and outside grounds beautiful. The neighborhood is very quaint, quiet and walk-able. We happened to meet one of the neighbors who was very delightful (even brought us muffins!)

Great stay! Plenty of space for our group so everyone got their own room. Cute neighborhood that felt very safe.

This house was so beautiful! The host was amazing and quick to respond. She was so kind and helpful with every request and message. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, perfect for a family. It has everything you need to feel at home. We highly recommend!

Great place for a ladies get away. Close to town. Downstairs living area perfect for socializing.

The easiest 5-star review I could give! I had a 3-month internship in Nashville, so I needed a short-term stay for myself and two roommates for the duration of my internship...and this couldn't have been more perfect for us. From the start, our host, Janet was incredibly warm and helpful, answering any questions we had about our lease (and giving wonderful recommendations). Check-in was super simple, and this condo felt like home immediately. It was spacious but still cozy, and had everything we could imagine needing. Over the entire stay, Janet was always very easy to reach and, as always, super helpful and gracious with anything that came up. I couldn't recommend this stay - or Janet, as a host - more!

Cassie was a great communicator and made it easy for our family to travel and plan our stay.

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

What a great escape! The Barn By The Creek was our home away from home for 8 days and offered everything we needed for an extended stay in Nashville. The kitchen is handy - the bedrooms comfy and the location close enough to the Nashville 'scene' but yet away from it all. Jonathan is a great host! Thanks for providing such a unique experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s! As a family traveling with young kids, we appreciated the toys, books and fully fenced backyard play area. The location was great - super convenient to downtown Franklin and our family nearby.

What an absolutely charming home! Lauren had lots of little added amenities my family was excited to see. From the coffee pod assortment, towels to the q-tips😆. We were all pleased with the comfort and amenities! We would easily stay here again yet would want to stay longer so we could enjoy the back patio area and fire-pit area! 🤩

We had a great time with the family! We really just needed a place for us to be with my mom. Thank you!

Can’t say enough about Jenny and the @Cozy Cottage”. Jenny left a book with a bunch of recommendations and she let us know if we needed anything else or information about the area she was there. Her place was so cozy and clean and had everything you needed plus more. The covered porch with the swing was perfect to sit out on with a beverage or nothing and watch the sunset. It was quiet and peaceful and would love to stay again. Jenny and her husband are great hosts and loved that they fly the American Flag in all their homes (being veterans it was nice). Loved our stay for the 2 weeks!

What a beautiful property with lots of space inside and out. Seating areas upstairs and downstairs is convenient and 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) allows for separation between early risers and late sleepers. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans to accommodate everyone. Large table outside near the grill made barbecue convenient. Plenty of parking available.

We really enjoyed our extended stay at Dollys Digs! House is very spacious and has all amenities needed! Easy to downtown Franklin and restaurants! Susan was very helped and friendly!

So very peaceful! We loved the wall of comments from other families who stayed there. So much better than a book! Our time flew by too quickly. Comfortable beds, furniture, the rockers out on the porch, the s’mores ingredients and marketing materials were sweet touches. Megan is the best!!!
