This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. A cozy three room cottage in a quiet neighborhood in North Raleigh with access to Raleigh's Greenway Park system. Easy access to Interstate 540 and 440. We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.
