Bring your pups to enjoy the private yard! The GATED community offers miles private hiking trails, waterfalls, & a fully stocked community fishing pond! Short drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, West Jefferson, Blue Ridge Pkwy.

The Whip-poor-will's Roost (pets welcome!)

Nestled among the trees at the top of the ridge of Bell Mountain is our lovely cabin, aptly named The Whip-poor-will's Roost. These bird's distinctive calls can be heard in the early evening hours, a complimentary soundbite to the fresh mountain air. About 20 mi. from the Blue Ridge parkway, and looking out over + surrounded by Stone Mountain State Park and the Doughton Recreational area, this log cabin offers a peaceful getaway with ample access to the outdoors (including our own 18 acres).

Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or need to work remotely, our super-fast Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected with ease. Important: The spiral staircases are tight. Please be mindful if traveling with small children or elderly guests.

Look no further...lift your eyes up to the mountains in this beautiful retreat. The views are breathtaking from every angle! Relax in the hot tub, roast marshmallows, walk the mountain trails, play cornhole, or watch the sunset or birds from the spacious desks. If it is rainy make music on the guitar, cook with abundant supplies, or watch films/play games on a 85” TV. You will find this fabulous retreat at the end of a windy road at the top of the Buck Mountain private gated community.

Charming Cabin farm-core aesthetic, 15 min 2 Boone

Cottage is situated overlooking gentle pastures and long range mountain views. A perfect front porch setting for those North Carolina Mountain sunsets offering a peaceful relaxing experience. The surrounding wildlife, forested area, hiking trails, and bold streams make this an adventurous getaway for the whole family. The Blue Ridge Parkway and New River are minutes away for fishing, biking and river fun. Boone, Jefferson, Appalachian State University are less then 12 miles near.

The Redmond Cabin

A sweet little cabin originally built in 1909, tucked in the north end of Iredell County. 1,600 sq ft—Newly renovated, fully furnished, and modernized for the comfort of guests. It is a very quiet and calm area, perfect for a weekend escape or place to stay while visiting the surrounding area. Our cabin sits on over 100 acres of property, offering a rustic get-away with modern conveniences, away from the rush and busyness of everyday life. Come take in the beauty of North Carolina.

Out of the Blue Cabin, A Mountain Escape

Out of the Blue Cabin cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located in quaint West Jefferson, NC. With stunning views, Out of the Blue Cabin is the perfect little getaway spot to relax and unwind from life's demands. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 (5 in beds and can accomodate an additional sleeper on the couch in the living room), has a fully functioning kitchen, gas grill, WiFi, TV, all with a rustic mountain feel. Bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are included in your stay.

Cozy log cabin home centrally located in Western North Carolina about 40 minutes to Boone/Blowing Rock and 1.5 hours to Asheville and Charlotte.
