Estamos a 5 minutos en coche de la Playa El Medano, 8 minutos de la playa Santa María y 10 minutos del centro.

Located in The Golden Zone of Los Cabos overlooking the Sea of Cortez. *Only 10 minutes to either San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas* Uber is ~$10 usd to either SJD or CSL downtown or take a $2usd motorcoach ride a short, safe 5 minute walk from the property. Several outdoor areas to relax or enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Amazing large private heated pool with jacuzzi and kid pool. Spectacular Panoramic Rooftop Views. Beautiful community and homes to a spectacular local cove beach ready for swimming and snorkeling in gorgeous clear and warm water. Very spacious villa with large 4K TVs and US live programming to watch all your favorite sports. Please be aware that this is a quiet community so absolutely no parties or loud noise (music or party conversations) after 10pm.

Luxury apartment with the best view to the ARCH.

The property includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open living area with a beautiful sectional sofa and a large TV; dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace with ocean view and beautiful outdoor furniture . The complex offers 3 swimming pools, tennis court and Gym. A few minutes away from the wonderful beach El Medano in Cabo San Lucas. Definitely the best place to stay in Cabo San Lucas.
