Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Located right in centre of the Netherlands, this unique property is situated in the middle of a nature conservation aread on a large plot of land including 2 other houses. Hilversum and Utrecht are located closeby and Amsterdam is only 30 minutes away by train from the station 2.5 km down the road. Water and woodlands surround the area, with beatiful walks and sailing trips to be found. The dead end road on which the property is situated means there is very little traffic.
