Die rund 50 m2 großen Studio Familiys befinden sich im voll ausgebauten Dachgeschoß des Jugendstilhauses und blicken auf das denkmalgeschützte, geometrische Metallnietendekor des ehemaligen Handelsgerichtes in der Riemergasse.
