The apt is newly renovated, 50m2, bedroom, living room with sleeping sofa, kitchen and bathroom. Located in a beautiful historic "Biedermeier" building from 1845. Central location, 6 minutes walking distance to the airport train (CAT), 4 minutes to Stadtpark and 9 minutes to the prestigious first district.
