Fantastic stay for a week in Wichita. This is the second time I've stayed at one of Catharine's properties while working in Wichita, and it's been a wonderful experience every time. My pup and I truly feel at home anytime we stay at Catharine's place. Will be re-booking again!

Dewey was a great host. House was exactly how it was described.

Beautiful home and spacious. Lots of charm and comfortable beds and couch. Great natural light. Bathrooms were very small, as it's an older house. Noisy as it's next to a hospital and main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and revving cars all hours of the day. Neighborhood itself was lovely and had large shady trees. Great large backyard fully fenced. Emily was very responsive with any issues or questions we had.

I spent a full week here and absolutely loved it. This is a really nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was VERY clean and well kept-up. Architecturally, the living area upstairs is one step lower than the main floors and this makes it feel like a safe, comfortable, proper den with an enormous sofa...loved it. There was ping pong and foosball downstairs in the basement and a very nice and private outdoor area in the back. There are a lot of bedrooms and this place would very easily accommodate quite a large family or group. Alan was kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

The home is very spacious and comfortable. Nice bedrooms and a usable kitchen. It is an older home, but the owners have made the home nice. It's the little things that make the stay comfortable- like empty dresses to put your items in, hangers in the closets, enough kitchen utensils to actually cook meals, etc. We also appreciated how kind and quick Vilma is to respond to anything we needed.

Jade’s house was wonderful for our needs for the night we spend there! We had my son’s birthday celebration there and the kids absolutely loved everything about it! The basement was a huge hit with the teepee beds and all the games and toys. Jade was very accommodating and fast on her responses. We had a great stay!

Ava was a top-notch host— quick to respond to questions, helpful, and friendly. The home was just as it was described, and everything in the home was organized and clean; it was very well-furnished. It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Nicholas was a great host, he came right over when we had a question and they gave quite a bit of 'goodies' to us which was a very nice surprise! They were very reasonable and accommodating to work with and our kids LOVED the heated pool! If you are looking for a great spot for kids, close to restaurants, and excellent hosts, I would highly consider this place! Adam

Great place! Recommend for anybody 4 people and under!

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

This was our second time back. Just a great place to stay with the heated pool, lots of room and great location within Wichita!

Great place. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Pool/Hot tub was a huge hit. The treats were a nice touch they my family loved! Highly recommend.

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

The host were very accommodating and the place was very comfortable. If you want to bring your pet, you need to know that it is in the country and on a farm, so monitoring your pet and keep their paws clean can be a hassle. I did have an issue with my dog, but I communicated immediately with the hosts, and they worked with me to make it right.

Great place to stay for business!

Wonderful place to stay for a large or extended family. We were in town because we had a family member as a patient at St Francis. This house was the perfect place to retreat to each day for some R&R. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We couldn't get the Kureig to work so they brought over a new one. Highly recommend this fabulous house.

My son & I came to town for the NCAA tournament. All hotels were booked or were way overpriced. We found this house for a very reasonable price for 3 nights & it was a 5-10 minute drive to downtown & was centrally located to other areas of town we wanted to see. The checkin was super easy. A keypad on the front door that I had the code for 48 hours in advance. The home was clean & comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. I would stay here again.

Stayed with my dog on a Jeep trip down. This place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. A little tranquil spot right outside of town but right off the highway so it didn’t add any time to our trip. My dog LOVED the trails. It was just what we needed. We will definitely stay again if we pass through.

Jon was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like local tips and a welcome basket. The location was ideal, close to all the best spots.
