Beautiful cottage right above the beach in Portwrinkle, with coastal path walks in either direction. Within easy reach of Plymouth via the Torpoint ferry. We had a lovely Easter break there.

Everything at Little Tides is exactly as described, I’d say probably even better. It’s a lovely little place with the Cove as its literal backyard - including stunning sunset views from a bench overlooking the beach, water and Rock as well as Padstow in the background. Busses run fairly regularly from Rock and Padstow and will take you to wherever you want to start walking the Coast Path. Upon arrival I found some treats to make me feel at home right away. The place is very clean and decorated with attention to detail. Kate and Amy are both such lovely people, thank you again! I couldn’t have imagined a better holiday - hopefully I’ll be able to come back someday.

Wow! This is one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in - such an amazing location! The views out to sea are just incredible. Really well stocked house, with lovely linen and toiletries. Felt like a home from home as soon as we walked in. Cawsand and the surrounding area is beautiful with great walks from the door and welcoming local pubs. We'll be back I have no doubt.

We had a fabulous time. It’s a beautiful apartment with stunning views. Host was amazing. We will definitely be back. It’s a hidden gem. The dogs loved it. They were living their best life.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Could tell a lot of time and thought had gone into ensuring you had everything you needed and loads of really helpful information. Jamie and Tara were wonderful hosts; just next door if you needed but gave you lots of privacy too. Very responsive and flexible with check in time which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Dog Watches was a superb house and garden. The location was excellent. We were celebrating an 82nd (mum in law) birthday. The house was stunning, spacious, with breathtaking views. We needed to spend longer than the 3 nights to use all of the facilities. We were very comfortable and were lucky to have stunning weather. The pub nearly opposite ( the sloop) is also excellent for food We had a lovely walk to Hope cove and bantham beach . The ferry boat goes from the quay just below the house. Brilliant stay. I adore this place. The house is larger than it seems in the photos. Three beautiful seating areas, all with sea views. An enormous kitchen and well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy. A really beautiful ensuite bedroom. The childrens attic room offers lots of fun for the children. I loved the coastal walks and the wild sea. I hope we come back soon. X

Totally fabulous! This is one of our favourite every Abnbs. The location was great- right on the water and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is exactly as described and had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. We particularly enjoyed: Heligan gardens; the Fowey Hall walk; hiring a boat for an hour; kayaking directly from the house (we bought an inflatable kayak with us); Readymoney beach; eating ice cream from Ruby's and King of Cones. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom because they had their own floor/bathroom but they did comment that that it gets quite light in the morning so would recommend a sleep mask or gro blind if you're a light-sensitive sleeper staying in that room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

Unfortunately we only had two nights in this amazing apartment. We could have easily stayed much longer, the location and the views could not be beaten. The bed and bedding was worth noting too, so comfortable!! Thank you so much Lucy, we had a great time!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

A lovely week in a beautiful setting. Just what we needed to kick start the school holidays. From walking the coastal path to Hope Cove to paddleboarding on South Milton Beach we all had a great time.

Fabulous location right next to South Milton Sands, a lovely National Trust beach with a large sandy beach and great rock pools at low tide. Very thoughtfully presented house with lovely accessories that reflect the location. Just a short walk over along the coast walk to Hope Cove. Delightful!

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.

A beautiful modern chalet set in an absolutely stunning location. Chalet big enough for family with two teenage children. Bed Linen and towels, including beach towels, all included. Kitchen filled with lots of extras, including tea and coffee, tea towels, hand wash, condiments, great selection of utensils, bin liners, washing up liquid and sponge etc. Bathroom is very small but clean and shower works well, also includes toilet rolls! The sofas are comfortable and the views are incredible. There are plenty of places to walk to if you enjoy coastal walks and the three beach coves are all great to explore. Allocated parking bay is very close to chalet and only a very short walk up a few steps and along path to chalet entrance. If the weather is good you could quite possibly be in the prettiest place in the UK! Highly recommend.

What a great location and fantastic chalet with all the amenities you could want. The view was picturesque and just as described and what we wanted. We didn't really explore the area as we were just so comfortable. Both Joanne and David are super-hosts and we are very jealous of what they have/created. Would highly recommend

wow, wow great apartment overlooking Fowey River. we had a wonderful stay, apartment has everything you would need and ideal location to visit Polraun and Fowey. we parked in St Saviours Car Park at the top of the village and walked down the very steep windy lane to the apartment. Luggage on wheels is a benefit and good legs! we stayed a long weekend to visit the Eden Project which is about 40 mins drive away. Then we took the ferry boat (£3.20pp) over to Fowey for day which is lovely with some nice shops and restaurants. We ate in the Lugger Bar, Polraun and Haveners, Fowey Quay both meals were great and highly recommend either. there is a small store in village for supplies, coffee shop/bakery and two pubs not much else. we would definitely stay again. Watching the world go by with a glass of wine on the balcony was the highlight of the weekend sat in the sunshine 🌞

We had an amazing few days in Plymouth staying at David’s place. The cottage was spotless and very cosy, with a great location. The views were stunning and we would definitely book again. David was a great host, very responsive, friendly and helpful ;)

My elderly parents, husband, dog and I just had an amazing stay in Turnchapel, in this comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly situated house. We got lucky enough with the weather to sit outside and enjoy the terrace, barbecue and sunset, and our dog had some great swims in the sea. The house itself is great; with the living room and its beautiful fireplace and lots of antiques being the highlight. It was also perfect to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for my dad with mobility issues. Our GPS took us to the wrong side of the village, but Joe and Sarah were kind enough to respond from the other side of the world (apologies again!), and were responsive, polite and lovely throughout our communication. We parked in the nearby car park as our car was too wide to get down to the house, but the area was peaceful and quiet, and we had no concerns with leaving the car elsewhere. We would highly recommend it - you’ll have a wonderful time no matter the weather!

We had a great 4 night stay in Millendreath. The Villa was exactly what we needed as a family of 5 with 3 young kids. The accomation suited us perfectly as our children prefer to share one room and they were all very comfortable in a single bed each (bunks and trundle bed). The double bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has beautiful views. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking with pleanty of fridge and freezer space. The living area was comfortable for relaxing in the evening and real treat to have a sea view from the terrace to enjoy. We enjoyed a lovely Sunday Roast at the beach restaurant and the sea pool was a big win for family swimming. We hope to visit again later in the year.

We had an amazing stay at Stargazy Airbnb, we stayed for three nights and the property was exactly as described and pictured. It’s a stunning location, moments away from Bigbury beach, and the Airbnb was stunning. It had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The outdoor barbecue space was particularly wonderful as was the living room with its panoramic glass sliding doors facing out to the sea - the views from the Airbnb were incredible. We were worried it was going to rain the whole time, luckily we had incredible, sunny weather so could enjoy local beaches, towns and the outdoor spaces at the property, but even if it had rained, the property is so stunning we would’ve enjoyed just hanging out indoors there with the beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and have recommended it to all our friends. Thank you for a great stay!

Tracy is a great host, making check in easy and providing loads of local suggestions ahead of time. Fowey is beautiful! It was so lovely to be able to sit in the window, overlooking the harbour or out on the balcony for a drink in the evening. The flat is quiet and peaceful with a really well equipped kitchen so cooking meals for my family was easy. Beds comfy, showers powerful and decor and cleanliness superb. Myself, my husband and our two daughters aged 6 and 8 had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend.
