The Arvilla: Two Bed One Bath Home

The Arvilla is a generational born again coal mining home that belonged to my great grandparents. It was the meeting place of my grandparents while my grandfather finished college and pastored at a local church. The house was left to my grandmother and we are now blessed with this piece of history. Over the decades, there has been a lot of family love within these walls and we are excited to share everything this cozy space has to offer. Welcome to Williamsburg, where everything feels like home.

Location, location, location! You can find this charming house only 4 miles away off of I-75, located in the heart of North Corbin. Inside, you'll find enough space for the entire family. You'll have access to a full kitchen. Sleeping arrangements: one king, one queen, and one full-sized bed. Entertainment? Located 2 Miles from Downtown Corbin. Enjoy a night out at Austin City Saloon or have dinner at the Depot on Main. Shopping? Located 0.6 miles from the Trademark Shopping Center.

Cumberland Mountainside Stay 1 mile from UC Campus

Within walking distance to University of the Cumberlands, 5 minutes (2miles) off of I-75, and less than thirty minutes from the original KFC and Cumberlands Falls State Resort Park. This home is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a bonus loft bedroom for 4! Comfortable, plush living room furniture makes for great space to wind down after a day of adventuring in the beautiful Southeastern Kentucky mountains. With a fully stocked kitchen, it's like home away from home.

Walk everywhere Downtown! 2 blocks from Main St! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located bungalow. Located in Downtown Corbin! Harland Sanders Park! Hospital only 5 minute drive! Sidewalks and very safe area to walk, stroll and explore cute Corbin Downtown! 4 blocks with easy walk from The Wrigley, The Depot, Austin City Saloon, coffee shop, Sweeties Ice Cream Shoppe and several Churches and Parks! Pet friendly! Pet fee is PER PET.

The Dorothy House - Williamsburg, KY

The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park and Big South Fork. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

Bluegrass Bungalow

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Nestled in the woods of southeast Kentucky but conveniently close to Corbin. 17 minutes to The Corbin Arena, 10 min to Cumberland run Horse Track, 32 min to Flatwoods boat ramp at Laurel Lake, 45 min to Cumberland Falls State Park, 15 min to the birthplace of KFC, 24 min to Levi Jackson Wilderness Road Park, 17 min to Thomas Walker Park, 35 min to University of The Cumberlands and just 17 min to Union College.

Fresh remodel new everything near Cumberland Fls

Loft upstairs with tv and beanbags, 4 smart tv’s, Wi-Fi, all new appliances, furniture, entire house is remodeled everything in it is new except for washer and dryer which is in great shape. Minutes from Laurel Lake, Cumberland Falls, Water Park, KFC, Downtown, Restaurant’s, Daniel Boone Forest, Hospital, Corbin Arena and Center. Less than 1 mile from I-75. Boat and rv parking, House accessible with handicap ramp.

Home sleeps 11 people, Close to UC, and Moonbow!

The house will comfortably accommodate up to 11 adult guests with its 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds, and one room has 2 twin trundle beds. Besides beds, the living room couch is a sleeper sofa that could be used as an extra place to sleep! The home is fully equipped with everything you need, including on-site washer and dryer for your use.

This is a beautiful three bedroom house located in a peaceful subdivision just a short, nine minute walk from the University of the Cumberlands. This home is situated in a prime location, is spacious and well maintained with three bedrooms and two full baths.
