We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Bush haven private studio

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

Comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, 15 minutes to Thornton Beach, Te Mahoe Dam, fishing, jet-skiing, 30 minutes from Lake Rotoma - jet skiing, canoeing, 30 minutes from Whakatane, 40 minutes from pipis and cockles at Ohope and Ohiwa. One hour to Opotiki ideal opening to the East Coast. The free pools at Kawerau are wonderful and will suit all ages in hot blistery Summer or cool Winter weather. Awakeri hotpools are open all year around.
