There’s a 6 person spa with an outdoor fireplace, 2 propane grills - one at the river; one at the cabin and a charcoal grill at the river also. We have wifi, 2 televisions and Roku - no cable. There is a private bedroom, a semiprivate sleeping loft, 2 twin beds in the downstairs playroom (counted as 3d bedroom), 2 full baths, 2 half baths.

Happy Place is a lovely Condo right on the river, it is walking distance to downtown Helen. You can enjoy the river for trout fishing or tubing. Sitting on the covered porches and watching and listening to the river nothing like it... The condo has the most cozy comfy feel with a gas fireplace, stainless steal and hardwoods. TLC: The Lake Cottage

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. We are handicapped accessible and pet friendly (please bring your own pet beds and blankets). Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
