You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
