4 bedroom home nestled in native bush only 2k from city centre. Restful, private and scenic place to unwind. There are 3 indoor lounge areas - 2 have SmartTVs, Netflix and Sky. There are 3 outdoor seating areas- one has large outdoor table (seats 9) perfect for BBQ and eating outdoors. The pool is just over 1 metre deep which means children over 6 years can stand in pool. Pool toys available The host lives in the house when there are no guests so has well -equipped pantry and kitchen

Situated in the grounds of Kauri Villas, and adjoining Kohinui Studio. with shared access to the swimming pool and heated spa with breathtaking views overlooking Parua Bay, the Whangarei harbour and unspoiled countryside. There is access to a large property with sun, fruit trees, native bush, birds, a salt water pool, and a natural estuary at the end of the driveway (kayak and paddle board available).
