Set in a gated community surrounded by native trees, Black Swan Studio offers modern simplicity, natural materials, and generous outdoor space for morning coffee, evening wine, or firing up the BBQ. The famous Waipu Caves near the bottom of the property can be accessed by foot or by car via the driveway. Beaches and Waipu village are around 20mins drive.
