Studio accomodation overlooking Marina, breakfast

This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Arles Historical Homestead A Magic Place To Visit

ARLES HISTORIC HOMESTEAD. HOME OF THE GIANT QUEENSLAND KAURI TREE = 36 FT OR 11 MTRS AROUND . WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES. Only 5 min from the CBD. We have a separate self contained 2 B R lodge on the grounds. There are 2 acres of botanical gardens with beautiful walkways . Our home is one of the original homesteads of Whanganui dating back to the 1880s. We are 5 min from all the main attractions Virginia Lake Waimarie Paddle Steamer Durie Hill Tower & Elevator

Our Happy Place Cottage

Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Cozy guest residence

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located space, with access to the beautiful Virginia Lake , quaint little guest residence with queen bed & ensuite. Recently painted and carpeted. With own access. Facilities to make tea and coffee, with microwave / toaster and mini fridge and Smart TV in second room. Guest house is located next to the main dwelling, linked by beautiful decking, that guests have shared access to utilise. Our house / guesthouse is situated well back from the road.

Shannon Cottage (summer)

Comfortable cosy cottage beside Mt Ruapehu. Ideal for bikers, Tongariro Crossing hikers or photographers exploring the local scenery. Independent so you can come and go at will. Full kitchen (though basic with retro fridge and no dishwasher), TV, DVDs and Chromecast, unlimited wifi, laundry, heating & aircon. One double room and one room with 2 singles (that can push together), plus a couch bed in the living room and a travel cot. From mid-May to Oct book 'Shannon Cottage (winter)' instead.

The Crib

Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. There is heaps of parking for trailers etc. Wake up and listen to the bird song - we hope you will love this place as much as we do!

Rainbows End Cottage

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa is only available May 1st to September 30th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.

Bella's Rest Guesthouse

Tastefully decorated comfortable 1 bedroom fully self-contained guesthouse separate from the family home. Open plan kitchen and living area, with a selection of games/puzzles and books available for your enjoyment. Main bedroom with king-size bed, portacot available if required. Ecosa sofabed in the lounge folds out to a queen bed. Continental breakfast provided to enjoy with your morning Nespresso coffee. Close to sports grounds, supermarkets and town.

Self contained guest house

Escape to Marton and relax with beautiful garden views. Unwind and disconnect. The unit is a private guesthouse situated on a working farm, which is fully self contained and 5 minutes drive from Marton town. Continental breakfast supplies provided. Private off street parking and own driveway. Includes heating/cooling, own kitchen and bathroom and queen size bed with linen. A porta cot can be added to the Airbnb if requested.

New Entire Guesthouse

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (2 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, beside Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.

Cosy Kowhai Retreat

Private and cosy studio perfect for travellers just stopping through or couples on a weekend away. Has all the amenities needed for a short stay and only a short drive into Taupo town and walking distance down to the lake. Ask the friendly hosts for advice on places in the area to visit and eat.
