Light and airy in the summer, cozy in the winter, this beachside unit is less than 50 metres to Buffalo Beach. It's sandy and safe and perfect for a swim. The Lost Springs natural hot pools are a short walk away. This 1 bedroom spacious ground level unit is perfect for couples and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast with fresh bread and spreads, cereals, tea and coffee. The flat is not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Spacious 3 bed home ideal for your next beach holiday. The well designed living area is open plan and extends out onto a large deck & lawn with outdoor furnishings & BBQ. Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.

After Dune Delight Relaxed Beach and shopping

The atmosphere will instantly put a smile on your face. The simplistic luxury and location are hard to find. Come and receive your PHD in Relaxation. Fully fenced, safe and private. Just steps away to a variety of shops in the mall. Two doors down, to the beach access, are the white sands of Papamoa Beach. Fully fenced and a double garage, so great for the whole family. All linen is provided, so just bring your clothes. Relax in peaceful Papamoa.

Kipling Cottage

Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. Short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....but so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!

Beachfront with great views. This unit, with all day sun, is in the best location within this modern well laid out complex with heated swimming pool and spa. Very well equipped with reliable wifi. A few steps to a very safe beach. An easy walk or short drive to Whitianga township. NB Bedroom 2 will be changed to Super King from 16 March onwards
