In the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & service station. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together, groups of friends wanting to catch up or couples wanting time out. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

Titiwai Conservation Retreat

Titiwai is a stunning, architecturally designed, unique space set in 50 ha of a gated, native conservation estate. Kawerau is 20 minutes drive to Lake Rotoma, 30 minutes to Whakatane, and about an hour's drive to Rotorua, Tauranga and Opotiki for sightseeing or outdoor activities.

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.
