Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in countryside

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 1 bedroom with extra sofa bed in sitting room, free WiFi, and private parking, 2 minutes to local Village with shop and 2 country pubs, 10 minutes to local town New Ross, loads of restraunts nearby, lovely country walks, 30 minutes to Waterford where you can cycle or walk on the green way, and numerous attractions in historic New Ross, and 10 minutes drive to the beautiful St Mullins, where you can walk by the river. Lainey's Place, Kilrane Rosslare, quiet & peaceful

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beautiful and quiet beach at St Helens bay and golf course. I teach Pilates, face yoga and offer a natural face lift massage in my studio on site for an additional fee. Friendly dog who will say hello, cats, chickens on site. Outside seating.

Escape to Ollies den with this fashionable converted garage which has unique layout where every inch is capitlised. A 3 minute drive to the beautiful Whitehole beach and trails. Rosslare europort is only 20 mins drive .All necessary amenities available The property is 3 miles from Kilmore village and 2 miles from equestrian centre. The stunning Forth mountain and Johnstown castle are both a 10 - 15 minute drive away and the famous Kilmore Quay is less than 10 mins away.

The Garden apartment is a comfortable cosy country home style apartment attached to the rear of our family home with own private access through gates along cherry blossom trees with beech hedging walkway, it has a superking bed with high quality 100% cotton linens, ensuite, lounge, kitchenette. The Vine cottage family pub just around the corner and directly on Tintern trail 1mins walk from Suite. Fethard on Sea 6 min drive with some of the best beaches in the county
