This 4 bedroom/3 bath custom home is at the end of a quiet lane and sits on a point of land between the Potomac River and Blackbeard’s Pond, making for magnificent river views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

River + Beach Front Cottage 4 BR ADA Northern Neck

Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

Relax to the breeze off the Potomac in this spacious, waterfront beach house. Located centrally, about 10-15min walk to two beachfronts & town! Waterviews from the living room, media & game room, and an upstairs bedroom with bistro set. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views! Unwind in the waterview hot tub or clawfoot tub. Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm. Relax to 180 degree riverviews on the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs.

Come unwind at "Beach, Please!" Our renovated cottage on the river with a private beach and dock is waiting for you! What's there to do? There's boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, tanning, and hammock-napping. Need more? Ok, antique shops, breweries, wineries, live music, crab boils and oyster fests. Still need more? Welcome to The Gull’s Nest Potomac Riverfront home

Come relax with family and friends on the back deck with fantastic views of the Potomac River! Bring your kayak, paddle board and fishing gear and access the river from the property or head to the community beach a few minutes walk down the road. Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!

Layton's Lookout is a Rappahannock Treasure

Layton’s Lookout is located on the Rappahannock river in Colonial Beach Virginia. The scenic river is home to bald eagles, ospreys and great blue Herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat ramp is nearby. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. Check out Lorie’s Guidebook.
