Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

The community connects to the Little Dry Creek walking/biking trail, is an easy walk to Lake Arbor which has gorgeous mountain views, and has a community pool for those hot summer days. There is a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and a dedicated parking space with a carport!
