Private wooded setting with panoramic mountain views once leaves have fallen. Seasonal Pool, Disc Golf, Volleyball, Playground & Hiking Trails a short walk from the house. 3 mi to Jay Peak. Air Conditioning is in three bedrooms which are installed by the 2nd Sunday of June then removed the last Sunday of Sep.

Historic Schoolhouse Minutes From Jay Peak

After a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing, come take a swing at our charming historical cottage. Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

With a private entrance and mountain views, this studio features lots of natural light in the spacious bedroom and a fully-equipped kitchen, daybed nook and private bathroom with shower. Sitting up high in the fields and forest of northeast VT, Feel Good Farm is rich with wildlife, prime for woods walking/cross-country skiing, star gazing, and slowing down. Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
