With five televisions you should be able to stream your favorite show. The home is a reasonable drive to downtown Indy(~40min), IMS, Ruoff Music Center, Carmel, Noblesville and more places.

You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
