The hotel itself was lovely. Great pool and garden area, top floor open area was lovely for relaxing with nice views. Room was clean and comfortable. Angelika was so kind and helpful. The only issue we found was similar to a previous review. The owner is very forthcoming. He wouldn’t take no for an answer on what he wanted us to have for dinner or what he wanted us to buy from his shop. The night we arrived we had been awake for 24 hours having just climbed a mountain, (he knew this) and he proceeded to stand over us as we ate dinner then pulled up a chair and we had to ask him to leave. We didn’t feel relaxed around him and were made to feel bad declining his dinner option and for not booking a massage. It was a shame as the hotel itself was lovely and peaceful.

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

We were here only for a night before our flight, but it was a wonderful stay. The pool was good, breakfast was wonderful, airport transit was quick and on time. If you are looking for a stay after arriving or before leaving Sri Lanka then this is a great option. Whereas it is a little bit far away from city area. Will take 350-400 lkr to reach negombo city. Else it was great. Thanks

This property is great for Singles and Family with children, since its a total private property with a gated compound only guest are allowed to come in. Just opposite there is a nice fresh fruit juice shop, you will find different type of cuisine restaurant's within 5 to 15 mins walking distance, bakery and other daily essentials shops are very near by, beach is also within walking distance if you want to or tuk tuk is always available. Rooms are spacious and bright and very well maintained, staff is very helpful and always ready to guide and help you. Overall superb place, and very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. Хороший вариант чтобы переночевать после прилёта или перед отлётом. Условия комфортные. Есть небольшой бассейн. Можно заказать чтобы приготовили поесть. Есть стоянка для машины. Организовывают лёгкий трансфер в аэропорт. На фото показана кухня, но реально на кухне только чайник, раковина с краном, холодильник и шкафчики. Ни посуды ни плиты там нет.

After a very nice stay at the beginning of my vacation, I decided to book another night for the end of my trip, to be closer to the airport. Was welcomed back with open arms, had great food, and received help with arranging transport.

Great little space tucked away close to the waterfall. The route to get to the place is a little hard but the drive is worth it. The rooms are rustic and are comfortable. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The stay at Anthonys accomodation was absolutely amazing. We regreted that we could not stay longer. The hospitality of the host is amazing, the breakfast was huge (more of the brunch) and delicious and we were allowed to stay at our room till the late evening which was super convinient because of our late flight. I absolutely recommend this accomodation, the value for the money is incredible and everyone is so nice and helpful! Thank you again.

Great hotel, friendly and super helpful staff, great food, great walking area, awesome masseuse. Highly recommended. Next time we will stay for several nights.

Fantastic vacation! Very quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly staff and the food was delicious. Exceptional value for money with some phenomenal views and some well-designed and comfortable accommodation.

Localización inmejorable . Fuimos recibidos con una bebida y dado el calor que hacía se agradece. Dueño del hotel muy amable y atento en todo momento , incluso nos invitó a una copa de arrak con una agradable conversación!! La piscina estaba bastante bien

Nous sommes arrivés tard de l’aéroport, Chaminda propose une navette jusqu’au airbnb pour un prix très honnête. L’aéroport est tout près, c’est l’endroit parfait pour rester pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ. Il nous a donné des recommandations sur tout ce qui était possible de faire au Sri Lanka. La chambre était parfaite. Il nous propose la possibilité de réserver une chambre pour le départ, vraiment au petit soin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Il nous a même demandé des nouvelles pour être sûr que tout se passait bien durant le voyage. merci pour tout :)

Lovely room and a lovely stay, warm showers and air conditioned room! I would say book on Google over AirBnB to avoid extra fees. We stayed here before our flight and got a tuktuk from here using PickMe to the airport. 20 minute tuktuk drive.

We loved our brief stay here. It’s on a stunning beach and the pool area is also very nice. Spacious clean rooms with great bathroom and AC. The food is really good and the staff are helpful and friendly. In the night we even saw a mother sea turtle laying her eggs and returning to the sea, right outside. It was magical. Worth paying a visit to the Sea Turtle Hatchery 2 mins away where you can meet some turtles and see all their good work nursing injured ones back to health. Would recommend this place to anyone.
