Mountain Berry Farmhouse

Welcome to the Mountain Berry Farmhouse, a charming 5-bedroom retreat nestled in the woods of West Virginia. This fully furnished farmhouse combines modern comforts with rustic charm, making it the ideal spot for families, groups, or a peaceful escape. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a queen bed, tv, small fridge, keyed entry, ceiling fan, and dresser. The large living room has a queen inflatable bed and a large sectional sofa for additional guests. There is a full bath on each of the 2 floors.

This penthouse style apartment is situated on the Ohio River. A great place for a private getaway. From morning coffee in the sun room, to a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the water. You’re sure to experience a "GET-A-WAY" from it all feel. Enjoy a stroll to historic downtown New Martinsville. Nearby are restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. Our place has a relaxing, touch of class feel, from the “Tommy Bahama” style living room, to the “Greenbrier Resort” decor in the sun room!

235-acre homestead in a holler surrounded by mountains on 3 sides. 50 acres of gently sloping grass and pasture, surrounded by steep mountains that are perfect for climbing and hiking. Sleeps 5-7. Hot tub, gym and washer dryer. Full body massage chair to help you unwind at the end of the day. Hundreds of CD's and DVDs are available for your entertainment. There are 2 bathrooms. Not for those allergic to dogs and cats. Pets are welcome. This is a working farm. Starlink is available.

Sweet Sisters Manor sits beside a beautiful church that offers old world bell chimes. It is located close to great restaurants and shopping and only 3 miles from I-79.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

Lambert’s Winery “Hang-over” Treehouse

This playful treehouse cabin provides amazing views with a cantilevered design and large windows overlooking the grounds of Lambert's Winery. Taste, tour and explore the winery grounds in this playful & unforgettable loft! The "Hang-over" is one of three rental cabins on the property and features a spiral tree staircase built from naturally resourced materials on the winery grounds, a loft bedroom, covered outdoor space, interior swings and amazing views!

Heavenly Haven WV~1885 Church converted to a home

Welcome to Heavenly Haven, a gorgeous Methodist Church that was built in 1895 and has been recently restored and converted into a breathtaking living space. Nestled in a hollow in the beautiful mountains of Farmington, WV, next to the East Run creek, you'll find a most unique, peaceful and comfortable stay. This home has all of the modern amenities you would expect in a new home, yet retains lots of it's original charm. Welcome to almost heaven!

The Bunkhouse

This cabin is newly built and hand crafted with timber right off of this very property. This is a 150 AC farm & bird hunting preserve. Relax in the hot tub, hike, bring your ATV’S/UTV’S - ride for miles down local backroads. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. Public lands nearby offer fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, etc. 20 minutes from the popular Stonewall Resort. (NO WIFI. AT&T & some other providers do have service)

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. With a second-story view of the Historic Downtown District, this impressive studio with its grand arch is just off the upstairs foyer. Built-in marble desk, fireplace, cedar closet, and several windows overlooking Main Street. Private bath and kitchenette make this home away comfortable and efficient.

Historic Carriage House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in Mannington’s historic district. The carriage house is seated just across the street from The Senators Mansion. This suite is on the second story so please make sure you are stair friendly.
