The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle. If you would like an earlier checkin you must book the night before. Otherwise checkin is at 3pm

One Bedroom Annex - Goring-by-Sea

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request
