This beautiful home is perfect for large families, couples, water sports and car & horse racing enthusiasts. The property is very well equipped. Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. A perfect location to meet family and friends for that special event. Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk. Eastoke beach & Sandy Point Nature Reserve are very close. Sparkes Marina with bar & restaurant is a short stroll away. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and separate WC and lots of living space.
