I´m gonna introduce you all the simple ingredients that you need for make this unique Spanish and Catalan dishes. then together we gonna cook our paella and fideua, and Im gonna explain you all the secrets for have unique and authentic flavors. Paella is a traditional Spanish dish make with proteins, spices and rice, and fideua is another dish with the same beginnings, the change is that in here we use seafood, and fideo (noodles), instead of rice. I'm excited to introduce you to the sport of Knife throwing! Enjoy a 60 minute knife throwing session with a top notch coach right here in Chicago West Loop. We will provide everything you need when it comes to safety, throwing techniques and will be there to guide you throughout your entire experience. Once confident in the basics, our coach will instruct how to keep score and teach you several games. I promise you'll be crushing bullseyes in no time and will leave feeling like the ultimate knife thrower that you are! No experience necessary, all skill levels are welcome.

This is a very special experience. You will enter an intimate artistic living space, with Spanish music. You will be enjoying a couple of Spanish tapas and your bottle of beverage that you bring. As you finish the tapas, you will enjoy a lecture performance flamenco show with different styles or flamenco "palos"; through dance, sounds, melodies, feelings, emotions and all from our inner soul. upon entering Aroma Workshop in Chicago's Lincoln Park guests are given a card to indicate which scents from our "Scent Bar" they like, then a friendly Perfumer expertly blends scents on tester strips for the guests to sample. When their favorite is picked it goes into a choice of 1 oz. bottles. BOTTLE IS INCLUDED Also, we're are BYOB, so feel free to make it a little event. :) You'll have the appointment time for anywhere between 45min to 2 hours depending on your group size (45min for groups of 2, etc.). Each guest will go home with their very own piece of the mural to remember their night. 2. Upon entering guests can relax and enjoy our ever changing gallery. Feel free to bring a beverage. It's BYOB! Guests will unleash their inner street artist on a 50ft wall! This interactive workshop will turn guests into the artist and be guided along the way. Experimenting with lettering, stencils, aerosol, & cap technique guests will experience something truly unique. 3. Our main objective is to break down stereotypes that often are connected with spray paint. Guests will leave with curiosity and basic skills when applying aerosol to boot.

Chicago offers a lot of hidden bars for night owls. We will start the night at my favorite hidden gem in West Loop, we will spend about one hour here then head to the next bar which is an 8 minute walk. Some of the bars have secret entrances so be ready for a fun night. The bars have amazing cocktails, beers, non-alcoholic drinks, good music and a good ambiance. There are plenty of secret bars and unfortunately we cannot explore all of them in one night. However, I will share with you the location of other secret bars which you can visit later. Please be advised that drinks or food are NOT included. This is not prohibition level speakeasy tour, this is a chill bar hopping experience. I was not born in the early 1900s and don’t know anything about prohibition so don’t ask. Have a drink and relax. Please note the experience time says it lasts 3 hours but you are welcomed to stay at the bars as long as you like. We will explore three of my favorite, hidden-away with craft cocktails, beers, non-alcoholic drinks, good music and a good ambiance speak-easies in the historic, hip and trendy Ukrainian Village neighborhood; where you will experience the fabulous, intricate world of the art of cocktail creation and super funky live music at the last bar, where you will feel like transporting to a 1930's lounge. Some of the bars have secret entrances so be ready for a fun night. The last speakeasy is about an 8 minute walk. Please be advised that drinks or food are NOT included. Eat beforehand, drinking on an empty stomach isn't a cute look. On this tour, you'll join me as we explore the city and food culture through the medium of donuts. You'll learn about the history of Chicago, each donut location, how they fit into the larger food scene, as well as try some amazing donuts. We start from Doughnut Vault where we try some of the best donuts you've had in your life. Next we'll stop by Firecakes donuts to try a few of their seasonal flavors. Followed up with Stans Donuts near Michigan avenue and finally, we end at Do-Rite Donuts where they have both delicious donuts and fried chicken (if you want to get nuts at the end of the tour). We'll explore FIVE (5) of our favorite, HANDCRAFTED LOCAL MICRO BREWERY’S in two special locations of the historic, Chicago landmark district, Fulton Market; used to be the Meat Packing District, now becoming the Chicago Brewery District. Here you'll experience the fabulous, intricate world of the art of beer creation. We will all meet at the first one, introduce ourselves and try some DELICIOUS APPETIZERS; where Carla will make a special Homemade Guacamole and Homemade Tortilla chips and here, the first 3 handcrafted beers (total of 15-20oz beers) is on us. Then we'll walk to the other breweries where you'll have a chance to order other beers and serve your own. Here you can stay AS LONG AS YOU WANT after the tour. During our expedition, we can all share our opinion about the flavors, the creation, etc.... All the breweries are walking distance.

Guests will walk through the Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Logan Square neighborhoods learning about the numerous murals and street art installations in the area. From back alleys to public parks to permission walls (where anyone can create street art) we'll educate you and teach you about each of the artists, what inspires them, and the themes throughout their art. This walking tour takes place over 2 hours and walks about 2 miles, so make sure you are ready to get your steps in.

Your experienced doughcent will meet you at Lou Malnati's where you'll get your lanyard/badge, then learn about 10 styles of pizza in Chicago.
