Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, private suite in the heart of Omaha! This 800 sq ft suite is an open concept with a large living area and dinning area. There is a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and option of a queen air mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a walk in closet. No kitchen but there is a microwave, coffee pot, and mini-fridge. You’ll also have free on premise parking, a private entrance, and high speed internet.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

The bedroom has a King Sized bed. With a Twin XL bed in the living area! You will have a convenient private entrance/exit through the walk out basement. As well as your own driveway on the property. The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.
