Just steps away from Beale Street, Main Street and Front street. Explore the day by foot, or hop on our vintage trolley. My loft is in the perfect location to explore all that Memphis has to offer. Pool is seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day. 10am-9pm Pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and routine maintenance. No pets!

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs midtown apartment. Built in 1966 but beautifully renovated in 2019. Inside you'll find two cozy queen-sized beds in each bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Additionally, we provide a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for accommodating larger families. LIMITED gated parking but safe street parking( in front) options are available as well. Extra screening required for locals before approval.

There's a Walgreens and several small convenient stores to help stock your fridge if you do choose to make use of the full kitchen, but of course you must try Rendezvous BBQ before you leave! There is a coin laundry on-site and also FREE use of an off site gym.

This 1928 midtown apartment is located in the Historic Evergreen District and is a renovated 4-plex building. Cleaned with CDC standards, surfaces sanitized, doorknobs and remotes all wiped clean. This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.
