Self Contained West Launceston Studio

Studio Apartment with private entry. 5 min walk to Cataract Gorge , 15 mins walk or 5min drive to the City. Due to proximity to Gorge the streets are quite steep. Self-contained, QS bed, lounge and dining suite. Bright and modern. Suit single traveller/couples. WiFi and Smart TV for Netflix access Cook meals in the kitchenette ( M/W, Convection oven with hotplates ) or stroll to the Gorge and grab a coffee at the kiosk. Price incl...NO CLEANING FEE CCTV at entry , covering the parking area.

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

"This Must Be The Place!"

One night stays now available May 24 The studio apartment is ideal for short term accommodation or if requiring lodgings for work related visits to Launceston. Cosy, warm and bright. My studio is professionally cleaned and the linen is commercially laundered. Very private with your own entrance, tranquil sunny garden with outdoor sitting area, Smart Tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine ... everything you need. Bread, milk and condiments provided for your breakfast.

Best value - by Far. Quiet location 3km from CBD. Comfortable modern house located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a westerly facing deck. A fantastic setting to view our regular spectacular sunsets. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, fully fitted kitchen and European laundry. Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with two large bedrooms with queen size double beds. Being an Uber Driver Patrick also offers great value Airport pickup/drop-off and local taxi service
