Suka bgtt dengan lokasinya sangat amat strategis tp ga berisikk jalanan, trs kamarnya bersih & fasilitasnya lengkap (sampe ada setrika). Untuk area parkir agak tricky di basementnya tp untungnya satpam dan petugasnya ramah bgt arahinnya jadi aman! Ada trouble sedikit tp thankfull hostingnya responsive. Mungkin klo bisa di improve access kamarnya bisa diganti pake mesin gt kali ya bukan kunci biasa. Sisanyaa okk bgtt!

The moment I saw the photos of this place, I instantly fell in love—it truly felt like home. Without hesitation, I booked it, and sure enough, when I arrived, it felt even more welcoming than I imagined. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Jakarta, especially around Menteng, this place is a must-stay!!!!! ❤️

this place is perfect for those who need easy access to busy sudirman area. walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and MRT station. the apartment is clean & comfortable. i will definitely come back for another stay. thank you Yona for being great host! 🤗🤗

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Unitnya homey, sesuai dengan di gambar. sebelum check in sudah di wa oleh housekeepernya, jadi komunikasi bisa lebih cepat. bersih, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang langsung depan unit. private lift dan parkir gratis untuk tamu juga

Stay here soo nice and very cozy.. Owner very responsive Place nearby aeon mall, walking just 5 minutes Have indomaret, alfamart Lobby have receptionist .im enjoy stay here. Please come and boom this house!

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Nyaman, ramah, dan mudah..

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

I had a great time with my family and dogs at Michelle's villa. There were lots to do - the gym in the clubhouse was surprisingly fully-equipped! Other than the occasional ants surrounding the place, the villa was pretty clean. Mang Salje and his wife were very responsive and assisted us with anything we needed. Great stay!

Tempatnya enak. Ada private swimming pool hanya untuk villa ini bukan shared. Kang Saeful sangat responsif dan membantu sekali. Sedang dibangun 2 kamar lagi di atas, jadi bisa untuk lebih banyak orang nantinya.

The villa so homey.. The minute you enter, just felt like home. The cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort are superb..

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰
