The cottage features four bedrooms, all ensuite and a modern spacious open plan living room and kitchen as well as outdoor dining options The property has a pool, dock space for 3 boats, rod and tackle storage and a freezer for ice, bait and to store your catch. At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.
