Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

The Photos do not do Mrs. Dianne's cottage justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the veranda was just absolutely amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. I stayed with my 2 children and we loved it. Everyone was so welcoming . Subrena the property manager was so delightful and helpful. Stinger ( the neighbor across the road ) was also very friendly. Demar( who also lives across the road and is a local taxi driver) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Mrs. Dianne for sharing a piece of paradise and we will be back

A wonderful stay and the recommendations for restaurants and guides in the guest book are very helpful! We tried many of the restaurants recommended and all were home runs. The garden and property are beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!

I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. Look forward to come back endless amount of times. Thank you for absolutely everything.

Camille’s villa was beautiful. Everything was top tier. My husband & I stayed there for my birthday. Everything was exquisite. The birthday celebration was lovely. Camille is very friendly & responsive. She makes sure everything is done correctly The butler K was very attentive and made sure nothing was lacking. I have nothing negative to say. I will be back as soon as I can. If you are thinking about booking this place. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this small home away from home! As soon as I arrived Sharon helped me with transportation details and everything regarding my arrival. She has a lovely property manager who usher me around the first two nights to help me get the few things and meals I needed without calling a taxi. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant for all meals. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and great people. The Airbnb, the cleanliness and hospitality was exactly what was expected plus more! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be back and recommend this place for anyone solo traveling or who wants a neighborhood feel away from the busy streets of Negril.

This wasn’t just a vacation it was a moment in time I’ll never forget. The place looked exactly like the pictures, but it felt even better: peaceful, grounded, and quietly magical. It gave me and my little brother the perfect space to laugh, talk, and just be before he heads back to his life his new, grown-up life. In the quiet mornings and gentle evenings, this Airbnb became the backdrop of one of our most meaningful memories. Thank you for giving us a place that pulled it all together so seamlessly. my father and I loved our stay at Gabriel's place. it was very clean and comfortable. Their is a full kitchen, bathroom, Ac, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, tv, hot water. Everything for your convenience is here. Their is a resturant, supermarket, and a few clothing stores located in the same building. The location is easy to find and close to all amenities. it is also walking distance to the town. Everything you need is in close proximity. Gabriel is an amazing host with a beautiful spirit, he was compassionate, attentive, and welcoming. overall our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and we were provided with way more than expected, highly recommended!!!!We will be back soon.

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.

I booked Delroy’s place for my husband who was on a business trip and needed a place ASAP. Delroy delivered! His place was as described, eco-friendly and suitable for all lodging needs. Delroy was a wonderful host, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in Negril including finding a local contractor. His place was easy to get to by car. Would definitely recommend his place- we love to support local owners small businesses. It was a pleasure staying there.

Gute Lage, (zwischen Ricks Cafe und 7 Miles Beach). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, ansonsten von Vorteil mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein.

The place is perfect for people who just want to relax, private beach large pool and a short walk to what we thought was the no. 1 beach , Bloody Bay beach . The snorkeling was amazing saw everything from sharks, stingrays, moray eels, fish of every kind and even caught a lobster and crab by hand . Don't be bashful ask people for anything they all want to help you have a great stay . We found out from a resident that you could have meals delivered to you also there was a farmer that came and had fresh vegetables and fruit on Mondays and Fridays. It was awesome. They say taxi's and restaurants are expensive, not really it's comparable to most places around the world. Are we coming back " YEAH MON " we are already looking into it for next year we totally recommend this place. Great place for long stays we stayed 63 days loved every minute.

This home was as described and the bed was really comfortable. We loved having the fully stocked kitchen as we made breakfast every day. We felt safe and the entire Negril Beach Club complex was well maintained and peaceful. Thank you we'll be back!
