great place, very responsive and helpful host, from check in to check out everything was fluid, also Shiv has been really helpful with extra requests that we have put up.....great stay...

We had a little confusion while checkin, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Its walking distance from metro station + have lots of eating out options nearby. We stayed on new year’s and it was really nice for us. The room is spacious with lot of walking space plus study table to work on and big balcony that is connected to other room.

The house was really good. It was exactly as the photos described! The bedrooms were very spacious - and so were all the bathrooms. The kitchen too was a large one, which allowed multiple people to utilise the space for their respective needs simultaneously. The house has a wonderful aesthetic in a great neighborhood, and I would definitely recommend booking this.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊

We had a truly fabulous stay overall and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, and the space had a lovely feel.

Pavan's location was very comfortable! He and his family who manage the space were very easy to correspond with, and they left us very clear directions both to get to AirBnb, how to get in, and how to come and go from the apartment. The flat is very spacious, and could easily accommodate at least three couples. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, television, and comfortable bed. And we had to change our travel plans last minute and Pavan was very understanding and helpful in allowing us to check out earlier than we had intended in alignment with the policies listed for the house. Overall it was a great spot to stay!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Rajneesh was a wonderful host, super responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It just felt like another home🏠 in Delhi. Great place to stay. I Stayed with my family. This property is clean and well maintained. I recommend and would love to stay again in this property. However i suggest 3 points to take care for next customer. 1. Saw Big rat in furniture twice in a day time which has been updated to caretaker . 2. Charged 3500 Rs for early check-in . I checked in at 9 am. 3. Electricity bill charged 550 for one day and one night.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely and thoughtfully done, with a great balance of comfort and style. The space was huge, and every corner felt well-equipped and well-maintained. The caretaker and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always around when needed but never intrusive. The food was delicious and homely—a real highlight of our stay. The games room was a huge plus, especially for winding down in the evenings or entertaining the kids. Would absolutely recommend this place, and we’re already thinking about when we can come back.
