This place was outstanding - even bigger and better than advertised. Beautifully furnished with luxury furniture, linen and VERY impressive and happy house plants. The kitchen was super well equipped with gorgeous natural lighting. There were extra blankets around the whole house (including the TWO huge living areas), although we found the heater in the larger lounge room kept us warm enough, but it was a little cold out in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy and cosy, best sleep of our whole holiday so far. The hosts were lovely and checked in during our stay. They were also really proactive with sustainability and were happy for us to leave excess food etc behind for another guest to enjoy, which was appreciated towards the end of our trip to reduce waste. Great location a block each way to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again - and certainly, one night is never enough!

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

Great location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the apartment is very well located and has great views of the city.

This is a fairly new apartment in a small and unique block of 10. It was such a treat to stay and relax in, well presented and well equipped. I would stay again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Rachel’s, it was the perfect re-set during our South Island roadtrip. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cozy and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!

Amazing little haven in ChCh! So loved waking up to the city views 🙌 it was great location for mountain biking as well. Very friendly hosts, everything clean and lovely.

Such a lovely place!! Definitely felt right at home with my two boys and mother. Perfect super comfy large King beds, immaculate kitchen, appliances and utensils. Very thoughtful touches like the children's basket of toys and womens toiletries in the bathroom. Loved the security and parking on site. Glorious afternoon sun in the lounge and outdoor area. We will definitely be back soon!! :)

This was a very clean and comfortable unit directly opposite Hagley Park, which is perfect for anyone that enjoys morning/evening strolls. A nice little feature of the apartment is that the dining area is part of the balcony, which has double sliding doors. This means you can sit and have your meals while viewing the surrounding area. There is even a couch on the balcony if you prefer to put your feet up! The host was really friendly and pretty much quick with communication. 10/10 for customer service.

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and so quiet. In a great spot to access Hokitika. Sammi was a great host with great instructions and very helpful. If we go back to the west coast this is where we’ll stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

Highly recommend this condo to anyone , we had a fantastic time taking in the views , morning walks in the city , the whole space was great !! Easy check in was perfect after a long day travelling with children. Thank you Nicole & Shane we look forward to staying again.
