The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Little Syke, in the heart of Nun Monkton, is a self contained bungalow with original features, characterful up-cycled additions, adorned with stained glass windows and reclaimed carpentry. The peaceful double bedroom has a king size bed where you can wake up with views onto the village green. The bright living space has views of the spacious garden and you will have your own outdoor space, to enjoy the sounds of wildlife during the day and star gaze on clear nights. The perfect place to relax.

Bickley Cottage, a Cottage in the North York Moors

Bickley Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

Sparrow Barn accommodates two adults, in an open plan modern living space, on our family farm. It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. Mill House Annex, Oldstead

This bolthole has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout, providing guests with a comfortable and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a sperate bath and shower. The living room has a cosy log fire and large dining table. The kitchen is well appointed and kitted out to meet all your culinary needs. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Millfield Cottage

Upgraded in summer 2023 with re-decorated bedroom/bed sit (upstairs); brand new bathroom fitted; and kitchenette added with fridge, mini freezer, hob, convection microwave and air fryer (downstairs). Come and go as you please through a private entrance and enjoy the views over Yorkshire. The annex is a completely private space attached to the main house. The main house and annex are stone-built and sit on half an acre of landscaped gardens.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our double en-suite annex room has a private entrance and parking for 2 cars. A perfect countryside get away, right on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire National Park. Great location for the Cleveland Way, mountain biking and forestry walks. We’re close to both the historic towns of Thirsk & Northallerton for retail therapy & fabulously famous afternoon tea!
