My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.
