Less than to 1km Main Freeways. 3 train lines 15 min walk Fremantle (Rottnest), Airport (High Wycombe), Joondalup. “Granny flat” has own entry, isolated from main house for total privacy. Shared wall (like apartment living). Beautiful view over a lake, famous black swans & wildlife.
