the apartment is in a fantastic location, was very spacious, clean and modern and beautiful. Rhys responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the location as great. Perfect for that early morning walk and run. Very easy to get around with car. The place was very clean and quiet.

The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We experienced a delay checking in due to a login issue with Airbnb, but once we gained access, the rest of the stay was smooth. The host followed up and explained the situation, which I appreciated. Overall, a good stay and a considerate host.

Amazing view and cozy spot that was also very walkable. It had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and if I was to come back, I would stay here again.

As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. Great place! For a young family with two kids, it had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was a great location in the CBD with easy walking distance everywhere. Mohsen was a great host and very responsive.

Loved our stay in a beautiful and very convenient part of the City. Sue was a great host and always kept in touch. Easy walk by or bus ride into town but the stunning views from the studio and its terrace plus accessibility to Oriental Bay means we will come back next year!

I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

We loved our time here. Beautiful waterfront location, bountiful back garden, comfy beds, and generously equipped, for a family of 5 to have an enjoyable stay.

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.

A great spot to escape up the coast with a group. Watching the sunset in the balcony was perfect and the house has quick access to the beach. Had a fantastic stay.

Cindy's whare was the perfect place to host a house of kaumātua. It was clean, pristine, the kitchen had everything to prepare meals. We were thankful for the neighbours too as they reminded us about rubbish/recycling day in and amongst a busy film festival schedule. A beautiful spot.

Stayed for 2 nights. Had superb weather for our little breakaway. Amazing views from the balcony. Another plus we did some surf casting and managed to catch some Bluecod.

Very comfortable for the number of guests. Location was perfect. Having a garage was also helpful for housing our rental car We would all definitely return.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
