Close to beach, city, cafes and airport

My place is in a quiet street close to the beautiful south coast of Wellington, a casual stroll to the beach, a short bus ride to the city centre, local cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It's ideal for couples and business travellers. Free and reliable Wifi, Freeview TV and DVD . Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

Incredible Views + Private Studio + Outdoor Living

Where else can you lie in a luxurious, warm bed -- whilst watching the sailboats and cruise ships pass by? Enjoy a cup of tea and soak in the views across your large & sunny PRIVATE balcony. Full winter sun from dawn till dusk. King-size bed, a well-stocked kitchenette, a large bath, a rain shower, and the outdoor kitchen/BBQ/seating areas. There are 4 flights of well-lit stairs from street level to your room. Street parking is free. 25min. walk to the city. Bus stop next door.

One of Wellington's most photographed buildings. Secure keypad entry provides 24/7 access to your private space. You will be occupying the entire middle floor, take the stairs or the lift that opens into the 80 square metre apartment. Two minutes walk to Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Tākina Conference Centre and the waterfront, it's perfectly placed for exploring Wellington on foot. After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

TOI o Wellington

Located in the historic Hannah’s Factory Apartments, this spacious 2 level, 2 bedroom apartment has a great art collection, designer furniture, ridiculously comfortable beds, quality linen, and boutique New Zealand fragrances and toiletries. This is a great place to be if you want to be in the very heart of the coolest laneway in the coolest city in New Zealand. If you want to experience this awesome little city at its best- then we honestly recommend our apartment to you.

In the heart of Wellington

Your very own studio in the heart of central Wellington!!! This special place is close to everything, pubs, craft beers, restaurants, theatres, cinemas, museums, shops, gardens / parks, all at your door step. Tepapa, Mt Victoria, Waterfront, new Event Centre, Lambton Quay are all within walking distance. All excitements that Wellington have to offer are just a stone throw away, you’ll still have a quiet & peaceful sunset by the window and a restful night for your own.

Stunning Studio at Pinnacle on Victoria

Beautifully presented studio in Central Wellington. A Queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom and workspace, this studio is the perfect hub for your stay in Wellington. Located within walking distance to so much of Wellington has to offer, this apartment provides comfort and pure ease. Unlimited WIFI is provided. One bedroom apartment next door also available on Airbnb 'Modern Living at Pinnacle on Victoria'. Both can be booked to have a 2 bedroom apartment for your stay.

Helston Hideaway

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
