The PERFECT choice for you (and/or yours). You'll enjoy your cozy, warm (in Winter) and cool (in Summer) stay in this modern and bright, 2-bedroom (basement ) self contained with own entrance apartment in our home for 1-3 people. Quiet, residential area with tree-lined streets. Minutes walking to Guelph University, Downtown Guelph, amenities and numerous parks, trails and rivers (rent a canoe or kayak). Looking forward to welcoming you. ( our cat does not go in basement!)

Cozy 2 bedroom Midtown apartment with free parking

Quiet eclectic centrally located two bedroom apartment. Steps from a convenience store and the spurline walking trail that takes you to either downtown Kitchener or Uptown Waterloo in under 20 minutes. The apartment is in the upstairs of a house and has private parking for two cars, a full kitchen, two queen beds and full washroom. There is a smart tv with streaming services, modern and rustic decor, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Perfect little one bedroom apartment just minutes away from all that Elora has to offer. 7 min walk to The Mill, Restaurants, Art Galleries and many of the amazing stores. The apartment has a full kitchen, little balcony to sit outside, 3 piece bathroom with stand up shower (no tub), queen size bed, TV with Netflix, futon in living room, gas fireplace, private entrance and wifi is included. Come and enjoy all that Elora has to offer within walking distance.

This spacious water front Studio Apartment is roomy with lots of windows to let in the sunshine and the fabulous views of Victoria Lake. Centrally located near Victoria Park, this apartment gives guests access to the many amenities of Downtown living. Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, the technology hub and the many festivals and events. We accept small, non shedding, well trained dogs but DUE TO AN OWNERS ALLERGY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT CATS.
