Deck with stunning Evans Bay backdrop. 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes walk to two beaches, 25 minutes walk around iconic Oriental Bay to the city or 5 minutes on the No 14 bus. 25 minutes walk up Mount Victoria for 360 degree views of Wellington. Free parking on street. Private, quiet area.

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.
