Rachelle’s place is exactly as described, it’s beautiful furnished and decorated and you can tell the time and effort that has been put into making your stay perfect. Rachelle is a welcoming and friendly host from the first communication. Cannot recommend this accomodation enough you won’t be disappointed.

This is a beautiful, peaceful haven. Our family loved it and wished we had stayed longer. The birdsong, surrounding vegetation, chickens, and alpacas were the icing on the cake. Would be a great retreat setting. We went into Wellington for a day, was about a 15 minute drive. Beautiful view, very kind and responsive host. We hope to come back next year, but stay for a week.

I needed a place to stay for myself and my dog for one night due to a family emergency and this was perfect - modern, tidy, clean, right next to a park to stretch our legs, and close to Wellington hospital. Communication was excellent and Daniel went out of his way to help me out with an early check-in. Thanks very much!

This is the most perfect stay in Welly! The views are unreal, and the place has everything you could need. The fire is lovely and any wind noise is fine, previous reviews had said the wind was very loud but my partner and I found it absolutely fine. It's super easy to catch the bus into town with bus stops just down the road. Cannot recommend enough, this place is lush!

Despite not crossing paths with Rachel & Steve, they were the best hosts keeping in close contact, but at the same time enabling our privacy. They Bach is perfectly located and provided all we could desire with breathtaking views. It was so simple to book and we felt so welcome. Super special to understand the history (no spoilers) & association with Sheila Natusch too. Highly recommend Ōwhiro Bay as a beautiful place to further explore Wellington.
