The Nest, a completely self contained studio

You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed and the cosiness. It is a perfect place for one or two people with new, attractive facilities. It is a completely self contained studio on the lower level of the house with its own bathroom. If you need more space, check if Bird Song, the separate apartment next door, is available. There is a toaster, jug and mircrowave for breakfast and small meals. An iron and ironing board are available on request. You can go walking in the hills if you like.

Close to city and airport. Studio in garden.

Studio in delightful garden setting. Enjoy the tuis in the tree outside the studio window. Sleeps two (one double bed). Breakfast (items provided so you can make yourself a continental breakfast). Deck with stunning Evans Bay backdrop. 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes walk to two beaches, 25 minutes walk around iconic Oriental Bay to the city or 5 minutes on the No 14 bus. 25 minutes walk up Mount Victoria for 360 degree views of Wellington. Free parking on street. Private, quiet area.

Winter special - no cleaning fee

Distinctive, quality accommodation in a building that started life in the 1880s as a stable. A peaceful, art-filled retreat in the inner city. Over 100 5-star reviews from happy guests tell our story: "This place was the best Airbnb we have stayed at and we have stayed at some incredible ones..." Petone Foreshore Accommodation

A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Apartment Mt. Victoria

Enjoy your own private space. Two gorgeous bedrooms, one king and one double, own entry, lounge, bathroom/laundry, kitchen complete with fan oven and Induction Hobbs. Enjoy your own balcony. This lovely family home has a separate downstairs for guests to enjoy with WIFI and a 50" LCD TV with complimentary Netflix & Neon. Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

This modern self-contained unit with private access offers the best of both worlds - quiet with stunning elevated sea views from every room and just a 12min drive to the city centre and ferry terminal, and a 25min drive to Wellington Airport.
