Fantastic North Park mountain bike system (dozens of trails) fifteen minutes away, hundreds more trails within a thirty-minute drive. After a day on the snow, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy Summer at Pineview Reservior or the lush golf course. Then return to our pool and clubhouse. Deer and wildlife are nearby on the daily. Grocery and shopping or dining close by. WiFi is good but not guaranteed. NO smoking or pets allowed at entire complex.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated behind the main home in a fenced backyard. Close to Weber State University, McKay Dee hospital and lots of restaurants. Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open. We have a swing-set and trampoline for the kids to enjoy along with a furnished patio! *We have 2 friendly dogs who bark occasionally*
