Trinity River Retreat are friendly, comfortable cabins with over 200 feet of Trinity River at your door step. Our listed price includes both cabins. The Bears' Den is one of three unique separate cottages on our property. It is a cozy studio cottage with a king bed and a twin, sleeping a family of 3. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal. It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.

Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night!

Our yurt is a place of tranquility & fun in the round. It’s a perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. You have private river access located next to the Strawhouse Cafe’ across the street where you can swim, fish, relax, and/or hike nearby trails. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.
