Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Lakeside Cottage on Waneta Lake with Dock

The Cottage on Waneta is a three-season home located in the heart of the stunning Finger Lakes. With 50 feet of lakefront and dock on a sloped lot, this charming cottage offers an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, cozy living space, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

The Carlin Cottage sits on the private, beautiful, and picturesque East Bluff of Keuka Lake — it's the absolute perfect getaway for a couple, small group of friends, or a family! Our adorable cozy cottage sits right on the lake and has all you need for an amazing time — a fireplace, a sun porch overlooking the lake, a deck for lounging or outdoor meals, a bonfire pit, grill, kayak, and more! The lake also has amazing restaurants, wineries, and breweries all around, so you'll never get bored!

Welcome to Sunshine Cove on Waneta Lake. Located between Keuka & Seneca Lakes, Sunshine Cove is near Hammondsport, Penn Yan, and Watkins Glen. One block from Waneta Lake at Sylvan Beach, cottage rental includes use of a shared dock, three kayaks, and dock platform with chairs to enjoy the view. Cottage offers 3bd/1ba, a well-stocked kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Cottage is professionally cleaned between stays. *New for 2026* We are now a dog-friendly rental; $30/night (30 lbs max).

Wildflower Cabin at Butterball Pond

A peaceful stay in the desirable Keuka Hillside neighborhood. It’s not big, but the memories here will be. Come stay at “Butterball Pond” and try your luck at catching Big Bob the Bass. You’ll find your draw to the Finger Lakes the same way-catch, release, come back for more. A small cabin with one queen bed on the ground floor and two beds, full and twin, in the loft. Good for a family of four or a couple. A wrap around deck with numerous places to sit and connect…or disconnect.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Cottage sits right on the water on the East Side of Keuka Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine as you watch beautiful sunsets from the private dock with Swim ladder. Designated boat slip for securing your boat (please specify boat when making reservation) and 2 ft. beach for wading in the lake. Panoramic lake views from inside. (Additional 2-bedroom cottage available to rent right across the street for up to 4 guests.)
