Originally owned by the current owners' grandparents, it has been lovingly passed down and is now welcoming guests for the very first time.

Our modern interpretation of a classic Catskills Boarding House. Two painstakingly restored buildings comprising eight units ranging from one to four bedrooms. 8 separate apartment units each with their own living room and kitchenette. Designed to follow the elegant simplicity of the Shakers, with a focus on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury the comes from well made things. The Boarding House is an homage to the Catskills of old where hospitality came first.

Mildred’s Lane is an art project site and home, deep in the woods with open fields situated on 93 acres surrounded by forests, meadows, ponds, and streams; perfect for group retreats or a romantic weekend getaway out of the city. The Main House has rooms with several rustic cabins and outbuildings on the property, only 1.5 miles from historic Narrowsburg, NY, on the Delaware River; enjoy sporting, galleries, fine restaurants, art, and antiques.
