Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. Turtle Cove

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Also, close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the water. We also have 2 kayaks with paddles for use, a fire pit and a basketball hoop.
